- Education:
Must have passed 10th (Matric) from a recognized board on or before 01-01-2026.

SSC GD 2026 : Physical Standards & Physical Efficiency Test (PST + PET)
- Height Requirement:
- Male: 170 cm
- Male (ST): 162.5 cm
- Female: 157 cm
- Female (ST): 150 cm
- Chest Requirement (Only for Male):
- General Male: 80–85 cm
- ST Male: 76–81 cm
- Weight:
- As per height and age (medical standards).
- Race Requirements (PET):
- For all candidates except Ladakh region:
- Male: 5 km in 24 minutes
- Female: 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes
- For Ladakh region candidates:
- Male: 1.6 km in 7 minutes
- Female: 800 metres in 5 minutes
How to Fill SSC GD Recruitment 2026 Online Form
- Live Photo Requirement:
You must capture a live photo using a webcam. The background should be well-lit, your face should be straight, and both eyes must be open.
- Application Dates:
You can apply online from 01 December 2025 to 31 December 2025.
