Education: Must have passed 10th (Matric) from a recognized board on or before 01-01-2026 . Not Eligible: Candidates who do not have the 10th pass certificate by 01-01-2026 . DOB Range: Born between 02-01-2003 to 01-01-2008 .

SSC GD 2026 : Physical Standards & Physical Efficiency Test (PST + PET)
Height Requirement:
Male: 170 cm Male (ST): 162.5 cm Female: 157 cm Female (ST): 150 cm
Chest Requirement (Only for Male):
General Male: 80–85 cm ST Male: 76–81 cm
Weight:
As per height and age (medical standards).
Race Requirements (PET):
For all candidates except Ladakh region:
Male: 5 km in 24 minutes Female: 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes
For Ladakh region candidates:
Male: 1.6 km in 7 minutes Female: 800 metres in 5 minutes
How to Download SSC GD Admit Card 2026
Go to Staff Selection Commission official website i.e. https://ssc.gov.in.
In the middle of Home Page under Quick Links section click on Admit Card tab and select Download E-Admit Card of Constable (GD) Examination 2026.
You will be redirected to admit card login page of Constable GD Examination 2026.
In the admit card login page under Login to your Account section enter your Registration Number and Password correctly in the specified input field.
Next fill Captcha as shown in that page correctly to proceed for further step.
Finally click on Login button to access your dashboard and click on download admit card button.
