SSC GD 2026 : Physical Standards & Physical Efficiency Test (PST + PET)

1. Height Requirement:
   • Male: 170 cm
   • Male (ST): 162.5 cm
   • Female: 157 cm
   • Female (ST): 150 cm
2. Chest Requirement (Only for Male):
   • General Male: 80–85 cm
   • ST Male: 76–81 cm
3. Weight:
   • As per height and age (medical standards).
4. Race Requirements (PET):
   • For all candidates except Ladakh region:
     • Male: 5 km in 24 minutes
     • Female: 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes
   • For Ladakh region candidates:
     • Male: 1.6 km in 7 minutes
     • Female: 800 metres in 5 minutes

1. Live Photo Requirement:
   You must capture a live photo using a webcam. The background should be well-lit, your face should be straight, and both eyes must be open.
