इस भर्ती के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास सिविल / मैकेनिकल / इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा या इसके समकक्ष कोई मान्यता प्राप्त तकनीकी योग्यता होना अनिवार्य है।
केवल वही अभ्यर्थी आवेदन के पात्र माने जाएंगे जिन्होंने किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से संबंधित इंजीनियरिंग ब्रांच में डिप्लोमा पूरा किया हो।
