DMCA Notice में क्या जानकारी दें ?

एक Valid DMCA Takedown Notice में निम्न जानकारी शामिल होनी चाहिए :

1. आपका पूरा नाम और Contact Information
2. Original Content का विवरण
3. Original Content का Source Link
4. Website पर उपलब्ध Infringing URL
5. Good Faith Statement
6. Accuracy Statement
7. Electronic या Physical Signature
