GATE 2026: Eligibility Details

• Candidates who have passed or are appearing in B.E./B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Arch, B.Sc (Research)/B.S., M.Sc., M.A., MCA, M.E./M.Tech, or Dual Degree/Integrated courses are eligible for GATE 2026.

GATE 2026: Important Instructions

• Photo: Face must cover at least 75%, latest passport size color photo with white background.
• Signature: Draw a 2 cm × 7 cm box on A4 paper, sign inside using black/blue pen in running handwriting.
• Thumb Impression: Draw a 3 cm × 5 cm box on A4 paper, mark left thumb impression inside.

GATE 2026: Selection Process

The Selection Process for IIT GATE 2026 will be completed on the following phases –

• CBT Written Examination.
• Merit List.
• Document Verification.

• Visit the official website and apply online from 28 August 2025 to 26 September 2025.
