BPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

• Must have a BAMS degree (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized university, which is listed in the schedule of the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) or the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).

2. Postgraduate Qualification:

• Must have a Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS in Ayurveda) in the relevant subject, recognized by CCIM/NCISM and included in their official schedule.

3. Internship:

• Completion of mandatory internship training is required.

4. Registration:

• Candidate must have an updated registration with the Bihar State Ayurvedic and Unani Medical Council, Patna.
• The postgraduate qualification must also be registered in the state register of the council.
• If not already registered, the candidate must register before joining.

5. Teacher Code:

• As per the guidelines of the NCISM (AYUSH Ministry, Government of India), all candidates must possess a valid Teacher Code.

6. Foreign Degrees:

• Degrees obtained from foreign universities will not be accepted for this recruitment.
